How do I comment?

Help! I'd really like to comment on the stories but there doesn't seem to be an option.

When we put the site together we thought we would try and encourage anyone who wanted to leave a comment on a story to put their comment somewhere it could be easily found and commented on by other users. And we thought the best place for that would be the forum/discussion areas. As the site grows we will check to see how well that works and maybe change things.
